Im looking for a fast diet! Dont give me any crap, or any opinions just good Fast diets.

The fastest diet I ever had was to eat a bowl of pea soup or lentil soup every day, and double my water consumption.

I lost 20 lbs. in 2 months!

Pea soup:

1/2 lb. split peas, yellow or green
1 big carrot
2 celery stalks, cut up in chunks
1 medium onion, cut up in chunks
2 oz. ham, cut up in chunks
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Cook everything in a slow cooker with 1.5 qts. water for minimum 4 hours (add a more water if neede); mash with potato masher 3 or 4 times, serve.

Lentil Soup

1/2 lb. lentils
1 big carrot
1 big onion, cut in chunks
2 stalks celery, cut in chunks
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried garlic
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
2 chicken thighs
1 tablespoon chicken soup mix

Cook everything in a slow cooker with 1.5 qts. water for minimum 4 hours. Most of the water will be absorbed. Serve over brown rice.

Ultra Lite is a good fast plan... The diet works better the more you exercise. Minimum 1 hour per day. @ the end of 6 weeks your body craves the healty foods and you skin & hair look great. I lost 12 kg is 6 weeks.

this is a hospital diet for 3 days only black coffee in the morning and a grapefruit or an orange beans on toast for lunch a tub of cottage cheese and 3 crackers in between and for dinner has much tuna ,broccoli,cauliflower and beetroot you must drink at least 10 glasses of water and you should loose up to ten pounds a friend of mine did this and lost a stone

Ok just try drinking a lot of water and eating small meals every three hours after you wake up and do not eat at least three hours before sleeping.

WELL MY SISITER EATS ONCE A DAY., AND SHE STARTED ABOUT 5DAYS AGO AND SHE HAS LOST 5 LBS. SO THAT WOULD BE LESS THAN 1000 CAL PER DAY

Try Lida www.theaaadiet.com you can lose 20lbs in a month. I did.

excersice for 1/2 of your day...then purge whatever you eat...survive on water....

well...for idk how long for breakfast and lunch, i eat peanutbutter sandwiches on wheat bread with a glass of skim milk and i've lost inches..[but unfortunatly no lbs].
