I forgot the model number but it was a Pioneer unit, that would flip out of the dash with the screen.

To answer your question, simply this: How much are you willing to spend on an indash navigation system? The more you spend the more features and better the quality you will get. You get what you pay for.

Pioneer is always top rated, then Alpine. They supply many of the OEM units you see in new cars. Look at crutchfield.com
