Tuna, mayo, onion, salt, pepper, little bit of sweet pickle relish, a little bit of yellow mustard, spread on toast, top with a slice of cheese, broil just until the cheese melts.
Same mixture, cut off the tops of tomatoes, scoop them out, put the tuna inside, serve as is, or top with cheese and grill.

Tuna patties :) We used to make these a lot. You can use other fish as well mmmm 1 LG can of tuna (in oil is preferrable for cooking but in water is ok too if that's what you have - just add 1 tsp to the mix) 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1 squeeze lemon juice 1 egg 1/2 tsp worshichire sauce for seasoning dash of salt and pepper (other herbs or flavors such as oregano, thyme, etc can be added) mix together in a bowl. if mixture seems too dry, add a bit more oil if too wet add some more bread crumbs grill up just like hamburgers.

Trim the crusts from some whole wheat bread slices, butter both sides (if you're trying to cut back on fats, you can use sunflower or canola oil to brush on the bread) then force them into muffin tins, so they make nice little cups. Bake them until they are lightly browned. While this is happening, make a cream sauce and add your tuna (again, you can use canola or sunflower oil for the sauce, and skim milk for the liquid) and fill the cups. Two of those, with a salad, makes a nice lunch or dinner.

Several years ago, I found a recipe for Tuna Burgers.
They are like salmon cakes.
You add almost the same ingredients.
Bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, a little cajun seasoning, onions, mayo, mustard. ( any other seasonings that you like)
Make into patties & cook over medium heat.
They are great served on a bun with fresh tomato and red onion.

Divide and concour. Ramen noodles without the seasoned packet. Cook the noodle and drain. Add a small can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup and add about 5 ounces of tuna. Add just a drop or 2 of Tabasco to bring out the flavor without making it spicey! My hubby came up with this recipe!

I like it in sushi, also if you take a tomatoe and cut out the middle and serve it with tuna made up like you have in a sandwich it is good. you can add it to white gravy and put it on toast, also put it in pocket dinners by folding foil into boats by putting foil over bowls, fill each one with some tuna, a few kinds of veggies, a pat of butter and a pinch of fresh garlic and spices of your choice and bake or grill for 20 min..a crowd pleaser for sure...I like also taking tuna and putting it on a sour dough, putting a chedder or muenster cheese on it and broil it for a min or two till brown... another way I like it is to take a buttered cassarole dish put two cans of campbells chunky clam chowder and then a layer of tuna then a layer of parmasan cheese at least 1/4 inch deep....bake at 325 for 25 min...hope they help

TUNA LASAGNA
Cream Sauce:
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup oil/butter
1 cup milk
dash salt and pepper
Lasagna:
2 tins tuna (drained)
2 med. onions (cubed)
1 clove garlic
2 cups cut mushrooms
1 tin whole tomatoes
1 (small) tin tomato paste
Lasagna Pasta:
3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Cream sauce: Mix together flour, oil, salt and pepper until you have created a paste.
Heat the milk in the microwave (about 2 mins) and pour little by little over the flour mixture until you have created a sauce. Sat aside.
Lasagna: Pre-heat oven at 350° In a medium bowl mix together tuna (drained), and the tomato paste. Add in the whole tomatoes (should have about four or five) and about half of the juice in the tin (as per taste). Add garlic, onions, mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
Cook your lasagna noodles. Take a large pan (lasagna pan) and oil the botton with a little bit of olive oil. Put in two layers of pasta, cover with half the tuna mix, cover the tuna mix with half the mozzarella.
Pour half your cream sauce and pour it over the cheese. Do the same thing with the next layer, only finish it off with the Parmesan cheese. Cook covered for approximately 30-40 mins and then uncovered until brown.
This is quick, easy and very good!!
TUNA PATTIES
1 egg
1 can chunk tuna (6 1/2 to 7 oz.)
1 tbsp. tuna liquid
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
Fat for frying
Combine egg, tuna, tuna liquid, mustard, and half the bread crumbs. Mix well, shape into four patties. Roll in rest of crumbs.
Heat fat for frying. Cook tuna patties over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes until browned on one side. Turn gently and cook several minutes longer until browned on other side
TUNA ENVELOPES
puff pastry sheets x 3
1 large can good quality tuna
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon parsley or herbs
1 1/2 cups cheese grated
2 tablespoons cornflour
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
To a saucepan add tuna, onion, butter and herbs. Combine over medium heat until onion is wilted and starting to brown.
Add cheese and continue stiring over heat.
Next, add cornflour to water and mix, then pour into saucepan and continue stiring. Add herbs.
Remove from heat and allow to cool in refrigerator.
After cooled, cut puff pastry sheets down the middle into two long, thick strips. Spoon filling onto pastry sheets at one end.
Fold other end onto the top of the filling to make a closed square shape, fold over edges and press down with a fork.
Place on floured baking tray and bake in a hot oven for 20 mins on medium high. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
These are beautiful and so easy, but everyone will think you're very clever.
