identify prescription pill [white oblong tablet with imprint NJB on it]?

It is Ciprofloxacin. That should come with the dose in its imprint: NJB/250, NJB/500 or NJB/750. It is a broad spectrum antibiotics.

i couldn't find a prescription pill with that imprint but through a search i found a Brazilian weight loss supplement going by the name NJB
