Actually here's the scoop cutie.... you are 13 and any day now you will be taller again... so that extra you think you have is just waiting to be stretched... if it wasn't there.. you would really suffer and stunt your growth. The best you can do is to eat well and to exercise every day so that you have good support for those growing bones.... and when you are 17 and fully drop dead gorgeous... your muscles will be tight and your body deliciously toned.

The sort of exercise you need is bike riding, skateboard riding, trampoline jumping.. swimming.. you know... any thing you find fun that doesn't involve a television or myspace.

I know it isn't the answer you were looking for.. but the exercise and eat well response is truly the only answer to your question.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day with nothing, except water, in between. Take plenty of uncooked food, vegetables and fruits, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel 32 times to activate ur body system to signal hunger and fullness.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve much more than what u r planning to do and that too in a reasonable period. Do not be in a hurry.

im the exact same size as yooh and the same age your perfectly fine the way you are. i dont think you should loose weight but if you really want to then this is what i do when i think im a lil chubby. i do 25 sit ups, squats, legs lifts, and calve raises 4 times a day to get a total of 100 each. i made this work out up but it works. drink plenty of water and try and control your appetite. good luck =]

The best way for you to lose weight would be to exercise. If you cut way back on calories, as I did at your age, you will screw up your metabolism, and you'll have a much harder time losing weight and keeping it off later in life. Be active, and you'll burn the calories you do eat, then eat a healthy, balanced, normal diet, appropriate for your size and age. Go to the site below for guidance on your calorie needs.

I think youre at a good weight but if you want to, try eating less sugar that includes soda chips and stuff. Nothing to eat after 8 and just drink alot of water

u are skinny, u just need to tone up, build muscles.
Most 13 yr olds weigh alot more.

Drink water, and LOTS of it. You'd be surprised how much it helps. And running everyday...
