130 pounds is not that much. You can't be too much overweight and you are so young that you shouldn't go on any real diet. Just watch what you eat and excercise and you will be fine. I weighed 125 at your age and I wasn't fat. You are just being too hard on yourself, I promise.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day with nothing, except water, in between. Take plenty of uncooked food, vegetables and fruits, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel 32 times to activate ur body system to signal hunger and fullness.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve much more than what u r planning to do and that too in a reasonable period. Do not be in a hurry.

If you reduce your calorie intake SLIGHTLY (not too much or you'll slow your metabolism and create bigger problems for yourself later) and increase your exercise, you can lose 1-2 lbs a week. That's as quickly as you should lose - faster and, again, you will slow your metabolism).

stop eating crap
run just about everyday
and lift weights the days you dont run
drink water, a lot of water

just start eating smaller portions and move more . take a walk,or jog your young it will come off and stop drinking pop if you are. good luck.
