Being that I am Greek and all... I may be able to clarify some things for you.

I have hiked/mountain biked Mt. Olympus 4 times. Not once was I overwhelmed with a feeling that Zeus was watching out for me. Although I do remember a spectacular view on the way up and thinking "God... this is so beautiful"

But anyway..... This is not racist. It may be prejudice against you....sure. Although maybe a few hundred people in Greece still believe in Greek Gods... perhaps you can come on vacation and take a tour with them to Mt Olympus.

But remember....it's only mythology.

This isn't racial/racist, and while I don't necessarily believe in Greek Gods/Goddesses, I like to entertain the thought of them.

I believe in mythology. Greek gods, like all gods, were inventions of man.

At least the Greek gods are interesting and fun to learn about.

It isn't racial at all.

Racism is based on superficial qualities that you are born with, such as skin color, hair, facial features, etc.

Religious beliefs are a conscious choice that generally reflect the core tenets of who you are. Judging people about choices they make is a necessary part of life. Without it, the world would be complete anarchy and crime would run rampant.

Since you chose your religion, other people are perfectly justified in using it as a basis for their judgment about you.

Now I hope I don't seem like I'm making fun of you for your beliefs; if it seems like it, I'm sorry.

I don't believe in the greek gods, I believe in my God; the greek and roman gods seem awful. Take Zeus for instance, he fell for a human, had sex with her and knocked her up with Hercules. Can you honestly believe in something that that couldcome down any time to have sex with you wife?
And what about all the horrible monsters, Would you want to live in fear for your life constantly(this doesn't include scary movies)?

You are intitled to your beliefs just as I am intitled to mine, but give God a chance. He gave up Jesus' life so that you you may live.

God bless you

Ever visit Greece and Mt. Olympus? They, supposedly, live there.

GOD bless

I don't understand why you think this is a racial issue. This has NOTHING to do with race.

It's not rascist, it's prejudiced.
