I hate to tell you, there's no such animal. Currently, there are two kinds of diet pills. There are the kinds that MAY curb your appetite (ephedra, etc)- but they also raise your blood pressure, and the kinds that limit absorption of fat (Alli) - but if you use them you have to cut WAY back on the fats you eat, or you'll have serious problems with leaky bowels (ew).
Best way to lose weight still is diet and exercise.

in all reality there are no good safe diet pills on the market right right now. there is alot of work being done on this subject right now. It has become a very serious subject and a number of teaching hospitals, Rockerfeller for one, is working on pills, and some have been invented but have not yet passed the FDA. My favorite, which I have to admit I laughed about and thought was a joke at first is a drug that is a diet drug, a drug to stop you smoking and a drug to work like viagra. I did find out through a friend this is actually a drug as I found out she was actually working on the drug. There are a number of other new drugs coming along. Right now there is Merida, which does nothing, then the drug that takes the fat out of the food, which is awful, you send up with crap in your pants all the time, I've tried it and yes you lose weight, especially if you are on Atkins, but you never feel clean. These are the drugs that are diagnosised. If you have a good doctor you may be able to get tenuate which will work for some people, it has worked for me, but doesn't work for everyone, but you have to get a good doctor willing to perscribe it.
The OTC ones do nothing and most of them cause more problems than do any good. I've done a lot of research on this, so I pretty much know what's out there.

There is this new otc diet pill that they just put on the market. it used to be perscription only. It is called alli. I lost 10 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks! Go to MyAlli.com to read about it! It helps you lose 50 % more weight then a regular diet, but of course you still have to eat 1200 cal a day and excercise!
