There's really no such thing the most powerful verse..
It just what speciality it has inside a verse..
of course every verse in the Quran is imporant equally..
For instance, the Throne Verse of Al-Baqarah is repeated because it is regarded as the "leader of verses"..
Another one, the first surah of the Quran is repeated every day by every Muslim in prayers, before sleeping..
And for the answer above me, this surah if read is like you have read one-third of the Quran..
You should refer to the Hadith if you want to know more..

6:115 It says the word of God can not be changed...It means the Allah of Islam can not be the God of Abraham.
Equally good is 4:157 where Allah says that man was made ot believe in the crucifiction....the God of Abraham is not a deceiver, The God of Abraham can not be the Allah of Islam.
