Lower left abdominal pain?

I have this comming and going pain i left lower abdomen.It feels like it is my left ovary and pain is spreading on my back. I did not get my period this month and doesn't look like is comming.Usually I have PMS before but not this time.Any suggestions?

you could also be ovulating at this moment. Usually the ovaries trade off when sending an egg. I get a cramp-like pain ocassionally prior to menstruating.
But ectopic preg is something you don't want to wait on.

You may have an ectopic pregnancy. See your OB/GYN ASAP, as it can be deadly.
