Gosh im the same way, but if youre serious about this you have to make some chages like be a little more active even 30 mn a day, nothing after 8pm cause it bad for your body and try to keep away from sugars and really salty food because it retains water

Do you hate veggies raw as well as cooked? I find I like most of them raw, with some kind of dip. So I eat those instead of chips. Try those pre-cut carrot chips with your favorite chip dip. I suspect you'll like that well enough, and it's much better for you.
I do pretty well on a low-carb diet. Limit the breads, sweets, and focus on lean proteins, non-sugary fruits and veggies.

Ha! then there isno easy diet for you! I suggest you do at least 30 min of areobic exersize a day and eats a friut or two as snack
