because of the fact New Labour observed many Conservative recommendations, yet made an entire hash of their 13 years in power. so they're based on spin to deflect interest from their mess united statesand absence of recent recommendations. they say that they had decrease the deficit (no longer the debt) besides the indisputable fact that it may in a roundabout way be much less painful than the coalition coverage. they say that they had administration public spending (which potential cuts) on an identical time as banging on approximately 'Tory cuts'. an outstanding form of the MPs convicted for fees fraud have been Labour yet you nonetheless hear approximately 'Tory sleaze'. this is all diffused promoting aimed to persuade those human beings without actual activity or know-how of politics that the conservatives are evil toffs, interior the wish that by utilising the subsequent election all and sundry has forgotten that the present bunch of Labour spokesmen have been all linked with Blair and Brown.

I have a close friend that does this also. I think he does it cause he thinks that I expect him to laugh at my stories.... He does it even during semi serious conversations. I also find it a little rude. Not sure what you can say to the offenders .... Just know that this is a fairly common thing.

Sometimes poeple laugh when they're nervous. Maybe the person has a crush on you or is intimadated and gets nervous or maybe the perspon just has a jovial peronality and laughter is how they express themselves? If it truly bugs you, I suppose you could just avoid interacting with them as much as possible.

Giggly Giraffe, that was kinda funny....
ancient proverb - beware the man who's belly doesn't jiggle when he laughs.
I don't know about women though. But you know what? They tend tt do it more, especially when they exchange small talk with acquaintances they could barely be bothered with...."Oh how are you...hahahaha" "Oh, just shopping, hehehehe" "Bye now hohohoho"
fukn Wierdos, I say.
