can someone tell me about this new diet pill alli is it any good does it really make you poop in your pants.

It works by not allowing your body to absorb fat from the food you eat, and alli can cause "anal leakage" (stock up on "Depends"). Not absorbing fat from your food is dangerous because your body needs fat to function optimally, and fat soluble vitamins are essential to vibrant health. A better alternative is to consume good fats instead of bad. Good fats include unhydrogentated coconut oil which actually makes your body burn fat, red palm oil which has vitamins A and E, and hemp oil which is rich in all of the good unsaturated fats.
Usually the culprit in most people's diets is not only the bad fats, but white flour, white sugar, and artificial sweeteners, which can cause obesity. Even whole wheat flour can have you gain weight. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits instead of sweet and floury snacks.

The pill doesn't make you poop . . . eating any fat while you take it makes you poop in your pants.
I think the pill is a BAD IDEA. Any medication can damage your heart, kidneys, or liver. Why chance it?
The better idea is to exercise more, and try to eat a little less.

If any pill worked all of the world would be thin. The only way to lose weight is to cut back, eat healthy, don't over indulge. There is no magic cure.

Taking any medication to diet is unhealthy IMHO.

yeah i heard that it makes u do that if u eat too much fat
