After everyone who is above you in score, vet presences, and prior government service is called, this time a year which is not busy for the PO you may not get called for many months……I would recommend studying and retaking the test to get a higher score.

Maybe never--- I got a 96% and didn't get called for 2 years by then I had a good paying job.It all depends on job vacancy's and most people want to keep the job they have.

You could ask them. But it will probably be a long time if ever. Don't wait for them to call - look for another job.
