What were you doing before eating and right after eating? That determines a lot.

If you were simply resting, then your body may be struggling to find a place to put that food, considering there may have been a buildup of gas or you may have been constipated and your body is absorbing the waste again but the good food is going nowhere.

I know it sounds gross but it is biology.

Sounds like a dip in blood sugar. Eat an apple or something sugary.

Sounds like what my brother has: hyperglycemia (somewhat the opposite of diabetes). It is diagnosed with a blood test, a special one in which they are looking for it.
Find a good doctor. If you have a good diary showing what/when you eat, etc., and when the symptoms start, end, etc., that should be a help.
