Hi again (I replied to your gentleman thread)...
Don't touch your pimpils or they will become worse...wash your face twice a day, keep a napkin (cotton soft) around with u so u can clean the oils that build up throughout the day wherever you are (I do this and I have great skin and people notice it).
One thing to remember, you are 14, and this is perfectly normal, the acne. Everyone goes through it and hates it!
I hope everything works out for u.

it sounds like you are doing the right thing with the neutrogena and the rest of your face washing regiment. My advice is to be patient, you are only 14 and your hormones are probably going crazy. If your problem continues or gets worse ask you parents to make you an appointment with a dermatologist.

welll...first of all: Some acne can be genetic so don't totally blame yourself for it.
So, first i would use an alcohol based toner that will remove dirt and bacteria. Then exfoliate with a scrub(such as St. Ives). Then use a regular cleanser. Next, you should put on a deep moisterizer. This will help your skin from getting dry and producing oil, clogging your pores.
My favorite trick is tea tree oil. It's a great product to just dab on a pimple. It kills bacteria

Try cleaning you face, than use the proactive toner only. I used it too and it dried out my face, but the toner is great. You can order just the toner from www.qvc.com. My daughter also tired everything and nothing worked, but she also uses just the toner and it helped a lot. Good Luck

use clearsil it work...just follow the directions and wash your face when you come home because when your sweaty it gives acne more "food" to grow on. so the best way to lessen acne is by wash your face several times. don't touch them because if you touch another place on your face you are bound to get it there to....if you happen to touch them wash your hands. it's normal for girls at your age to get it because you are in the middle of puberty but give it some time and it will go away. There is no real cure for acne but you can make it go away by does those things it's normal for girls at your age to get it because you are in the middle of puberty but give it some time and it will go away

Go see a dermatologist if possible. To get of acne scars you may have to have chemical peels done. Nothing I ever found over the counter got rid of my scars. Watch your diet, drink a lot of water, take Zinc tablets.

I use Cetophil (face wash). Works VERY well. I have also used ProActiv and didnt have any luck. For scarring; you can use MicroDermabrasion (Loreal) to help. Good Luck
