My mom had an endoscopy and was diagnosed with H. pylori bacteria. She doesnt have an Ulcer, just the bacteria, they prescribed her antibiotics. her symptoms were Nausea and Dizziness that got better with taking an anti anxiety medicine. She was like that for 2 1/2 weeks. Do you think the H. Pylori caused the Nausea, or do you think it was just anxiety and stress. She has been really depressed and weepy lately, and before this happened, she was very stressed and anxious. So it might be that?

She had the nausea and dizziness BEFORE she started the antibiotics. She just started antibiotics today.

Heliobacter pylori, discovered by an Australian doctor working at a Texas VA center, is now considered to be the main cause of ulcers. Number two is medication.
I seriously doubt if H. Pylori caused the nausea. I do believe that the antibiotics caused the nausea. Everytime I take any type of antibiotic, I get diarrhea, nausea, the whole nine yards.
Taking medications to treat symptoms caused by other medications is not a good idea, no matter who prescribed them. It is a never-ending chain of events.
(The Army doctors gave me megadoses of aspirin to treat arthritis pain; I got an ulcer. They gave me megadoses of 6 kinds of anti-ulcer medications, I gained weight, suffered severe headaches, began spitting up blood. There is much more, but the cycle was ended only when I said, "Enough" and quit taking the medications.)
Your Mother needs to find another doctor, one who understands drug interactions. (Anti-anxiety medications cause anxiety and worse.)
Find a good doctor.
