It will work itself out, just make sure it doesn't get infected. Keep it clean

Leave it alone, if its small and you cant get it out. Your body will most likely reject it by producing puss and all that nastiness. Or it will stay in and dissolve.

See a DR ASAP if the site feels warm, produces alot of drainage, or if you see red lines running up your foot.

Go get a splinter remover and take it out!!! You could let it work out on it's own BUT it will hurt longer and puss and probably get infected before it gets better!

It will work itself out but you will have some pain when you walk (depending on where it is). It will develop an infection because it is a foreign body in your system. I have done it on the deep ones.

It would get infected if you don't keep it clean. But otherwise it would either come out on it's own or it would stay there and skin would grow over it.

If you can handle the discomfort for a few days- they'll eventually come out by themselves... :)
