And how would they do that? Could they somehow negate the incompatibility of omniscient Yahweh and free will? Can they somehow alter the fact that immense pain, suffering and loss exist worldwide when Yahweh is supposed to be omnibenevolent?

no. logical doesn't mean probable.
that said. the judeo-christian god is not at all logical. it is logically impossible to have a god that is all-good, all-knowing, and all-powerful. it's a logical fallacy.
now, a god fitting only 2 of these 3, or having completely different characteristics (as do many gods throughout history--see the greek gods for one) is logical. that is, according to mathematical formal logic, i could construct a formula and work it out. but, then again, lots of things are "logical" that are based on false claims. example: all blue-haired people are men. bob has blue hair. therefore bob is a man. logically, this is possible. however the first claim, that all men have blue hair, is a falsehood. hence, just because something is logical doesn't make it probable. the concept of a god or gods falls into this category.

If anyone could prove that any god's existence is logical, this does not prove that a god exists, it would just prove that a god COULD exist. The actual proof of its existence would still have to be made.
Apart from that, most definitions of god are self-contradictive and therefore internally illogical. For example omnipotence, this is an outright absurd concept.

SImply proving that it is logical wouldn't be enough. I have taken courses in Quantum mechanics so I know that just because something is logical doesn't make it true. Now if you proved solidly that god exists (a quite different thing) then I would have no choice but to believe, which I would do gladly.

No. The idea that his existence is logical is not the problem. The problem is that he doesnt exist and there is no EVIDENCE for his existence...
It is logical to assume, by appearance alone, that the earth is flat and that the sun revolves around the earth. However, it is not TRUE. So, proving through logic that God is real proves nothing in the end. And, it is logically impossible to prove the existence of God. Id love for you to attempt it. Feel free to write me directly...

No, why, I would want to know what makes a god, what drives a god? It always intrigued me how someone purported so powerfull, could be so powerless, weak and ineffective as a god, leader and as a life giver. I would want to know why hide from clear sight, why live like a pauper while demanding the treatment of a great king? Why lurk in shadows when the sun is suppose to rise and fall at your call? If god does exist, maybe we will find that god is nothing more than the great Oz.

No. If someone were to prove to my satisfaction that the existence of God is a logical concept, then I would be open to the idea. But I would then have to see credible evidence to support his actual existence in order to "believe".

Proof that God existence is logical? No.
Proof that God exists? Yes.
Note: Belief and Worship are two different things. The God of the Old Testament, regardless of existence, is a raving lunatic and homicidal madman. I could not, in good conscience, ever worship him again.

Many would take it into account. However, you cannot prove that God's existence is logical- at least not the Christian God. That in itself is impossisble.
And it's not even how logical it is; it's "is it real?"

Nope. Rather than proving that belief is logical, prove that god exist. When I know that god is real, I will have no issues.
