17-25 is a good age hey if you have a flat stomach why not show it off??? But I'm not too crazy about it I have 2 tattoos thats enough experiencing for me!

Should be? It depends on the person. I've seen some very mature 12 year olds and some very immature 23 year olds.
Most good quality piercers won't pierce a belly button under 14 years old.

I think 14 and up is a good age. I think that if you feel that you are responsible enough to obtain a belly button piercing and take care of it then you should be aloud to have one. If you are irresponsible and would not take care of it I wouldn't get it done though because it will most likely become infected without proper care. :D

Obviously not under 13 but any age its more of a mature level of mind. I have a 13 yr old friend who has on and she is very mature. the reason why i bring that up because i couldn't paint my nails red all because i wasn't old enough and i was 14 at the time.

I think 15 is a good age because I got mine when I was 15. I've seen some younger kids with it, but I think it makes them look trashy.

at leest 16 2 b on da safe sde cuz wen i waz 14 al my frendz snuk and gt dey belly button perced (i didnt cuz if my mama caut i wuld get my but WOOPD) den it ended up infcted now im 17 n all dem grrlz got a rep 4 beein eazy
