Well, how your weight is distributed, you probably have that "hourglass" figure. A double D would throw that WAY off. A B cup sounds about right for your shape and size. My girlfriend is a B and has a body build similar to yours. Getting a boob job is somewhat risky, expensive, and it seems to me that in your situation, you don't really need it. Just stay trim, and it will make your boobs seem larger.

A boob job is an expensive risk that should only be taken when it's absolutely necessary, and unless you're solely interested in guys that cherish just your appearance, I recommend you stay with what you have. The girls that are healthy and have a "good" body are the ones that get the best guys. Bigger boobs doesn't mean anything will be better in your life. It just increases the chance of back problems and a double D is going a little too far, especially for someone with your proportions.

Now, large is certainly a relative term. What is large on me may be small on others and vice versa. I was an F cup, plus with weight gain and birth control pills I snuck up to a G. I normally teeter back and forth between 116 and 117 lb when I am off of the pill and at my normal weight and I have a small frame. That’s TOO BIG for me.

Remember, balance is your goal. A good hip-to-breast ratio is something to think about if that’s what you want. If an hourglass form is what you’re after, be sure to get them large enough, but not too large, to create this look. Measure your hips and waist, if you want to be within 9 to10 inches of your waist size then consider this measurement. For instance, with implants I was 36-24-36 (how I pulled that off was part luck and a stroke of surgical genius, but whatever. But if following a 10-inch ratio, I could “get away” with having a 26” waist and still have the pin-up look going on. However, these days a 9 inch ratio is considered hourglass. Presently, without implants and don’t laugh, I am 23-24-36 equalizing a 0.67 waist/hip ratio. But for some reason my breasts look larger than my waist so it isn’t as pear-ish as you might imagine. *OMG I need implants again!! HAHA!!* If your waist is thicker than your hip size, you won’t get the hourglass look.

Those are close to my measurements (34" - 26 " - 38"), and I wouldn't get a booby job for the world. Being small is perfect. When I go running, I don't have to worry about them being in the way. I can wear halter shirts and sleeveless dresses and not worry about wearing a bra. Now why would you want to change that? Be happy the way you are. Embrace your size.

Don't do it! Keep yourself natural... People know right of when they're fake cuz when you don't have a bra on they stay up, as if you didn't take off your bra... So if you're in a bathingsuit guys will know they're fake... I know this guy he said, " I would rather my girl have no chest then to have some fake chest." I wouldn't do it! A Double-D is way to big if you do do it! I have a friend that has bigger than a DD and her back hurts really bad, she has back problems and she's only 30.

You really dont need to do that. I am sure you a really beautiful just the way God created you. I am not sure why you are wanting a boob job, but if it is to attract guys then you are only going to attract the wrong guys. If a guy isn't happy with you chest size then he doesn't deserve you.

When you make an appointment with the doctor, he will discuss the best size for you so it will be a natural look and fit. A friend of mine insisted on a larger bust, in spite of her doctor, and although I love her as a friend, she looks ridiculous. Everyone who meets her knows instantly she had a boob job.

Double-D is big for ANY body frame. stick with a large C or a D. Or else that would be pretty overwhelming.

I am a girl and I wear a D I am also real skinny and I hate them, they are always in the way, the cute shirts are not made for big boobed women.

Are you doing this to show them off to guys because you base your self worth on what other's think of your outsides?

Or are you doing this because it's what you want to do?

My guess is you just think bigger boobs will give you more attention since you are asking what guys in particular think. You don't need to waste money on a boob job, get a psychologist instead.

You are lucky to be that size. You see, as women age, gravity makes a woman's breasts sag. But if you are smaller, you age better.

An excellent example is Goldie Hawn, Kate Hudson's mom. She is a grandma and still wears a bikini to the beach.
