What color do you think I should get for my braces? I don't want to get a clear one as well as a white one because it gets all yellow after a while so any suggestions for which color I should get?

With mines I got Hot Pink quite a few times it was pretty and the color didn't fade a lot. I think that the hot pink does look good on anyone. I know a lot of guys who got hot pink all the time. A few times I got Hot Pink and a Purple, not for sure what type of purple, but I do remeber the colors looked cute together.

i get my braces in about a month.
i went to the ortho a few days ago.
and he showed me all the options.
i'm getting clear on the top.
and metal on the bottom.
so very sorry.
but i think the colors make you look like you have junk
stuck in your teeth.
you can't see the clear at all.
even the wire is transparent.
the clear is going to match everything i wear.
and even when i smile you can't see my bottom teeth.

Well..
If you want to go for that Teen look get silver so you can change the color of your bands everytime you go in.
If you want a adult look get "Gold" my mother had them but i'm not sure they have them other then in Las vegas.
Or go with the invisible ones those are great for people who think braces are inbreasing.. Downside to that is their alittle harder to keep clean...

***NEVER get white or clear bands cause white looks like food is stuck in ur braces and clear like it u eat ketchup or a lollipop or somethin, they stain

i have gotton em on over 6 times (dont ask!)
it doesnt hurt dont worry-it is just a long process and it tastes kinda bad
they give u a band on ur molars fiist, to see ur size and stuff
first theu put this positioner thing is ur mouth, it makes your mouth stretch a lkot so they can see ur teeth, it will bother u for a minute or 2 but u will get used to it, u keep that thing on the WHOLE time
then there are these things that look like shots and stuff, i got really freaked out when i first saw them but actually, they dont go in ur mouth! this is the cement that they put on ur braces then they stick the braces on ur teeth
**the cement kinda tastes bad!
then they will put the rubber bands on ur braces with things that look like sisscors (they dont hurt) after that they put the wire-this is the most anoying part cause after they slip it in ur mouth, they have to cut it to make it fit right
then that is it!Ur done
but after u do it, ask ur doctor for dental wax, and rubber cover up
when u get home use ACT mouthwash and for the first hour, ur teeth may be a little numb so drink mainly fluids-clear fluids
then for the first day or 2 ur teeth may be a little sensitive so stick with eating soup, pasta, and soft foods-avoid straws
every night use Peroxyl mouthwash for like a week to keep ur gums storng from cuts and use dental wax and rubber coverups so u wont get blisters, they hurt a little but arent that bad. avoid sleeping on ur side, try to keep ur head straight up for a couple of days
every morning and every night use the Peroxyl mouthwash again for 2 weeks then after that just use ACT mouthwash to keep ur teeth and gum s healthy. get some Super floss, made for braces-i sugest elictrical toothbrushes they keep ur mouth cleaner
dont worry-trust me- i have had my braces on for almost 4 years, i am gettin em off on July 3-my friend says it acutally hurts more to get em off so yea

In my experience, hot pink ligatures aren't very noticeable and they blend in nicely with your lips.
Silver is the most un-bold choice you can make.
Otherwise, have fun and use your favorite colors. You (hopefully) only get braces once! Make them fun :)
Oh and remember, you get to pick different colored ligatures at every adjustment...

i use to get colors that match with the seasons and holidays since its going to be 4 of july i would go with Red white and blue great way to show ur support for our country that if ur in the USA? and for holloween i got orange and black and for christmas red and green and so on. have fun mix and match i made having braces a fun time for myself

Did you know there are new Braces that come in different shapes(heart,stars...)and different letters of the alphabet(you might be able to write your name!!!)
As for the colour fuchsia or Hot pink and navy blue/purple would be nice!!!:)

hay mostly if u don't wanna to get yellow get something like dark colors
