please get your cat to the vet IMMEDIATELY he has an infection and/or blockage in his urethra...this is not something that can wait could be fatal

The most likely explanation is that he has a urinary tract infection.
This is serious in male cats because it tends to lead to their bladder blocking (they become unable to pee and their bladder just fills and fills until it ruptures, causing blood poisoning and death). You need to get the cat seen by a vet before he starts finding it difficult to pee, because this would be considered an emergency situation and of course, you don't want to let it get that far.
Take him to a vet asap!

Please take your cat to the vet ASAP. The one time I've seen blood in a cat's urine he had an urinary tract infection.

very dangerous, I hope it's just urinary infection, but it might be a cancer which leads to end her life soon, take her to vet now.

He May have internal bleeding you should take him to the vet as soon as you can.
