My 10 year old grandson wants to know. Can you help him? He says not including Eve His theory is .....that the first woman in the world made by birth, was the daughter of Cain or Abel or Seth or Adam and mother was Eve.

Genesis 5:4
The length of time Adam lived after he became the father of Seth was 800 years; during this time he had other sons and daughters.
(In those primitive days brother and sisters laid with each other for there was no law that was preventing them to have such relationships.)
i appreciate your 10 year grandson for his questioning and reasoning out skills. Not many older people think like little children.

She would have been the daughtor of Adam and Eve.

These would also be the wives of Seth and Cain.

The Bible only says that Adam and Eve were the first man and woman. It does not say, but also does not refute the possibility that somewhere outside of the garden of Eden, that God did create other humans, to dwell on the earth. It is not completely out of the question that Adam and Eve gave birth to daughters to whom one of their sons may have had children. I don.t personally believe that Eve had children with any of her sons.

The daughter of Adam and Eve was the first woman to be 'birthed' I don't know her name and I am not sure if she is the one who married her brother Cain.

You have a smart son but he is a little wrong.The Bible states Adam and Eve had sons and daughters.Only 3 sons are named.That does not mean they did not have many more.They lived very long lives and they could have had 50 or more children.Marriages would have been within the family.

I'll give you a hint. The answer is in Genesis 5:4.
Adam and Eve had lots of sons and daughters.
Cain married his sister.
Seth married his sister.
All of the sons of Adam and Eve married one of their sisters.
I'm surprised your church never taught you this.

Adam and Even had two sons and three daughters. The Bible does not speak much of the daughters because women are unimportant.
