i have about a 3 month old kitten and i think it's the runt of the litter. Its very small, it doesn't like do anything it just sleeps all day. She has a weird sound in her throat to.

sounds like a possible repository infection i would take your kitten to see a vet right away

Extremely likely she has an upper respiratory infection, very probably the result of a virus like calicivirus.
You must get this cat to a vet asap. By the time pus is present the infection is fairly advanced, and cat flu can be fatal in young cats. It doesn't sound like there's much time to lose, the cat needs treatment.

Been there! It sounds like URI or upper respiratory infection. Chances are it has a foul odor also. Head for the vet immediately! We "inherited" an older cat that had the same problem. Great cat but by the time we got her she was chronically ill and nothing would help.

you need to take her to the Vet, she either has a respiratory infection or a kitty disease.... the Vet will know after a couple of test.
