This shouldn't be to hard. If you don't have the crescent rolls, just whip up a dough and use that.

1/2 lb Ground pork
1 t Worcestershire sauce

3/4 c Ketchup
1/2 c Warm water
1 pk Dry onion soup mix
4 Bacon strips
2 pk Crescent roll dough
1 Egg white,lightly beaten
With 1 tbsp. water
Flour
Heat oven to 350 degrees.Mix meats together by hand in a large bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce, eggs, cracker crumbs, ketchup, water and soup mix.
Mix by hand and shape into a loaf in a shallow baking dish. (For cleanup ease, use non stick cooking spray.)
Drape the loaf with bacon strips.
Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until done. Cool 10 to 15 minutes. Separate 2 packages of crescent roll dough into 6 rectangles (2 crescent forms make 1rectangle).

Here's a favorite from my childhood.
Ingredients:
2# ground beef
salt
pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
1 large or 2 small cans of tomato soup
Leftover, instant or frozen mashed potatoes
Make 8 quarter-pound patties from the ground beef and season to taste with salt, pepper, onion, and/or garlic powder. Brown on both sides in a skillet.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the patties in an 9 x13 baking dish. Top the patties with un-diluted tomato soup.
Prepare mashed potatoes so that they are fluffy. Drop a large spoonful of potatoes on top of each meat pattie.
Place in oven for 20-30 minutes until the top of the potatoes are slightly browned.
Serve each pattie with the potatoes and sauce (soup).
Serve with a salad or green vegetable.
This dish is usually very popular with kids, but most adults enjoy it, too.

Would meatloaf be different for you? Mix your beef with 2 eggs, 1 cup of crushed crackers or breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup each of ketchup and mustard, chopped onion (if you like). Bake at 400 for about45 min- 1 hour. My absolute favorite website for easy recipies is cooks.com. You can find easy, great stuff there.

How about meatloaf? Ground beef, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper if you have it, salt, pepper, tomato sauce or ketchup, a couple of eggs, a cup of cracker or bread crumbs. Mix it all up. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. There you have it.

Stuffed burgers.
Take wads of meat and mold them around one of the following:
Cheddar Cheese
Bleu Cheese and "Craisins"
Chopped Onions and Swiss Cheese
Chopped Ham and Italian Seasonings
Cheddar and Broccoli
So on.
Then make it how you make a normal burger.

Season it and roll into little balls or just cook it up, drain, add in some beef bouillon cubes and water-to taste, don't make it too salty. Serve over white rice. I put A-1 over mine. Of course, you can use brown or wild rice also.
