I am playing Mr. Mushnick in Little Shop of Horrors and I need help not offending the Yiddish Community. I want to have some information about some of the things in the script...ANYONE?

Well, Yiddish is a middle european dialect, the people who speak it are Jews. I dont think Jews refer to themselves as Yiddish, although I may be wrong.

Anyway, whats the phrase? I have some Hebrew and Yiddish, but i dont know the script.

There's no way not to offend the Yiddish community if you're playing a Jew and are not Jewish...Good luck...

Don't worry you will offend anyone if you do not mock the character. I can understand jiddish but do not speak it...
