It was club crackers wrapped with bacon with something in the middle. My guess is it was cream cheese. Then it was cooked. I wanted to see if I could make them at home, but I haven't had much luck finding the recipe online.

Kinda, It had two crackers with something in the middle then the bacon was wrapped around the outside of the crackers. The center was creamy like.

Could this be what you're looking for? (I'm sure you can use almost any type of cheese in the middle and it would work well, just use what you like the best, although I wouldn't suggest a super-soft cheese like a creamy brie, I think it would just melt right off the cracker!)

Bacon Crisp

Show: Paula's Home Cooking
Episode: Neighborhood Cocktail Party
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 sleeve buttery rectangular crackers (recommended: Waverly Wafers)
1 pound sliced bacon cut in 1/2

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.

Place 1 teaspoon of the cheese on each cracker and wrap tightly with a strip of bacon. Place the wrapped crackers on a broiler rack on a baking sheet and put the baking sheets on the oven rack. Bake for 2 hours, or until the bacon is done. Do not turn. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or at room temperature

Cook's note: You can also bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes if you're in a hurry!

Hi !!!
Sorry, I can not find it either, but I do have this recipe that you might try ...

Bacon Cheese Puff Appetizers

32 servings 28 min 15 min prep

1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
8-10 slices bacon, diced and fried crisp
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4-6 green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons sugar
1 dash garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to 375*.
In a small bowl, mix all your ingredients well, except for the refrigerator roll dough.
Separate rolls into 4 rectangles and press the perforations to seal.
Cut in 1/2 lengthwise then crosswise to make 8 squares each.
Stretch slightly and with a spoon take a small amount of the filling.
Put it in the center of the square then seal around the filling to make a ball.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake 10 to 13 min or until lightly brown.
