you can have a snack every day - as long as it fits in your daily calorie requirement (if you eat less than spend during the day you are gona still lose weight) - 60cal puddings that are fat and sugar free, nuts, dried fruit, trail mix, frozen yogurt, more than 70% cocoa chocolate (if you put it in freezer it will last longer in your mouth), all fruit and berries, bran muffin (it has a lotttt of calories but you can have a little one) - go to health food store and see what else they have got there.

Be careful with "sugar free" items since you can eat a lot of sweets in one sitting. Some of those items use a baby laxative as the "sugar free sweetener." Trust me, you'll learn your lesson the hard way if you're careful.

Sorbitol is one of the sweeteners to watch out for. Of course, it's ok in small doses, but be careful not to eat too much.

I have a number of sweet teeth. My dietician told me to take one day a week and eat something I am not supposed to have. But you can't eat too much of it.

If you were to join weight watched they will allow you to eat a very small amount each day. But you will have to give something up. It is an exchange program and works on a point system.
