not if it was going to last any amount of time.
I do know a JW who is married to a non-JW and apparently they do make it work, but I'm not sure if she converted after her marriage or not. I would guess it would put a huge strain on a marraige, as holidays don't get celebrated, nor do birthdays. Voting is not allowed.
They could probably have a civil union or have a non-denominational minister marry them if they wanted to still have a religious ceremony & then they could agree to disagree on religion & participate in his/her own church activities.
I'm Buddhist & my husband is agnostic. He doesn't really care what I believe or how I worship as long as I don't push it on him, and perhaps that is how other mixed religions work it out.

A female woman can marry any man, it is only valid if the sacrament (ceremony) is witnessed by or blessed by a catholic priest. I would be surprised if a JW permits this. Though it "should" be in a catholic church it does not "have" to be. For more information regarding it I recommend speaking with a Catholic priest, one that you feel comfortable speaking with, because you will need to go through some form of preparation before the wedding.

Of course a catholic women can marry a male JW.
They just have to get a license and have the justice of peace do the ceremony.
But the real question would be, would that Catholic woman be helping or encouraging the JW to serve Jehovah or hinder him or encourage a divided household.

Anybody can marry anybody. The Catholic Church in this instance will require the man to be baptized in Catholic Church to be married by a priest in Catholic Church.

I take from the above reply that neither catholics or JW are christian they are different religions. I am christian and would not denounce catholics as a different religion but catholics do it all the time they are catholic not christian. the suggestion tony Blair will change his religion from Anglican to catholic confirms catholics are not christian. I would not advice a catholic to marry a JW but if you love them you can work it out through prayer.
I am not saying catholics or Jw are not christian but if they are different religions they can not both be
religions are christian Muslim Jewish or Hindu bu-dist and so on.

He/She can if they want to........but the bible tells christians to marry "only in the Lord" which means that they would be more compatible in a religious sense with someone who shares their beliefs.
There's an old saying that "a house divided cannot stand"

Great Question
Yes, because God is not a racist, neither are His children.
However they will have a mountain full of problems due to their diverse beliefs.
