cell phone question?

a number that i do not recognize keeps calling my cell phone, and i keep missing it. when i call the number back, it says that it is not in service. how is that possible and what does it mean?

It could be a computer, contact your provider, it could be one of theirs

just listen all u have to do is to call ur cell phone company and tell them to give u a listing of all ur incoming calls, or u can go online to get ur bill.
