Let him talk to you about how he feels. If his father did something really bad, no matter who you are, you won't get to see him. There is nothing you can do for your friend except to support him in his hour of need now. I am proud of you for being a good friend to this guy. Not many people know someone like you.

If the investigation is still being conducted and the son is under orders not to have in-person contact with the father, perhaps he could contact his dad through a letter. Find out what means he can use to contact his dad. Don't get n2 trouble. Some cities have children advocates at social services. Maybe an organization such as this would be better able to give more pertinent advice. Good luck.

I would say the best thing to do is be supportive and be his friend exactly what you are doing encourage him to share with you how he feels not to hold it inside that's the worst thing that can be done
Let the investigation into your friend take it's course and if there was no wrongdoing on your freinds part he will be cleared
Let your friend know that you are there for him and that whenever he needs to talk you are there \\
15 is a very confusing age anyway but to be going through that too he may feel alone but just reassure him that he's not alone
If the investigators have any questions for you cooperate fully and be honest don't slant anything
another helpful thing is a journal i know that it helps me when i do it
sometimes feelings can be intimdating till you get them out in black and white
Sometimes there are no easy answers in life it just sucks sometimes but the best thing you can do is just what you are doing be there for him and reassure him that you are always there for him
Hope that helped if you need to you can message me

Just be supportive and sympathetic. There's really not much you can do. Depending on the crime and where he is being jailed, the dad may be allowed visitors, so the son could probably visit him in prison. Your friend should talk to the dad's lawyer if he can't get in touch with his dad. He should also try talking to a school counselor, who may be able to suggest some other appropriate contacts who can act on your friend's behalf.

You can call his dad and tell him that his son is missing him. You tell he's reasons because he's son is not allowed to visit him. So if he can visit him instead while the investigation is still on going to make his son feel better.

Tell him to write his father a letter whenever he is feeling sad. When he is allowed to have communications with his father have him mail the letters. At least these way he is writing expressing his feeling and not holding them in. Bottled emotions are not a good thing!

Well if your mate can't see his dad, could you go and see him on his behalf.
Unless there are restrictions stopping you going to see his dad, You could arrange to meet him to just let him know that his dad is ok etc.

Bust him out! Those coppers will never see it coming. Then flee to a country where the indigenous people and law enforcement are below avg intelligence, like Canada.

Get him a journal to write to his dad. Whenever he needs to see or talk to his dad tell him to save it in the journal. Eventually he will be able to share it with him.
