You have to sign up for this type of service. Most bigger phone companies (all of the "baby bells") have this available to their customers BUT you have to ask for it and you can elect to receive your bill online from then on. All you have to do is get your local telephone directory and look under the residential customer service heading and call that number and speak to a customer service representative. They will tell you the website you need to go to and what you need to do to get your bill online. It's a great paperless way to get your bill but I am not sure you get as much information when you get your bill online as you do when you receive a paper bill. In my opinion, the paper bill is better BUT if you want to see more than just the amount you owe online, you will have to receive your bill online, not just pay it online. Hope this makes sense!!

Well, since you didn't give specific information (location, name of your phone company) the answer is going to be general in nature. Go to the website for your phone company. look for on-line access. Sign up and sign in. Maybe give them a call if you don't find it.
