To update the question:
1. This person had a risky encounter 6 years back.
2. Had HIV test after 3 months - negative
3. These are the blood results after 6 years as the person is seeing some symptoms.

Friend these are routine investigations, these are not specifi tests, these tests are only to rule out the involvement of different system, and these reports were normal that time , but if disease progress and invovle various system ,than these reports will change.Definitive test for staging and progression of disease is CD4 AND CD8 counts with HIVI,II,III test.So, please go for these tests.

AIDS can affect some of the values. Many other things can affect the values too, so the only way to know if you have AIDS is to get a proper AIDS test.

No you have to ASK for an HIV test. THat is a separate test. They do not run that with normal lab work unless it is ordered by your doctor.

ONLY an HIV test can determine the presence of HIV.

nope none of those have any bearing on it. ask for an aids test then there is no question
