Get off the computer and see a doctor. While I have been know to have that effect on some people, due to the time I spend traveling through temporal rifts in time - I haven't spent enough time with you to have that effect (yet).

If you can rule out side effects of medication, you could consider being too much in the exact same position. How long are you actually sitting still in one position behind the screen for instance.... If I start shaking and I dont work it out, litterally, then I stay shaking.,... so, I then go for a walk or do some running or cleaing or what ever you like. see if that helps. when you have done so for half an hour and it is less.... then there is your answer.':-)) doesn't always work, but sometimes it does.

some meds take a while to have neurological side effects such as tremmors. Keep a low caffeine intake and see a doc asap. Could be a side effect developed by the med, anemia, caffeine, anxiety, or many other possibilities. Make sure they listen well and run some basic tests at least.

Ask your M.D. for plenty of Valium for a little while. If they say no find another Dr..
Note:Valium should not be for long term use though.
Also, at your age I doubt shaking is from any disease developing. I'd recommend seeing a therapist.

How's your caffeine intake? Also, are you eating enough? Sometimes when I'm out running around for a few days, I only eat as much as I typically do, but your body uses more energy when you're busy.

You may be anemic. Go to the doctor and get checked. Could also be a nerve condition. If you're using drugs that could be a side-effect. Not to imply that you are.

check with your doctor and have your thyroid checked. tremors can be an indication of your thyroid being out of whack.
