I don't know, I'm sorry. But if you can get to a store that has herb seeds or plants, it's very very easy to grow your own in a few small pots on a windowsill.

I don't know anywhere online, but most supermarkets have fresh herbs in the produce section. They are a little expensive, but worth it.
If you like to use fresh herbs all the time, I suggest that you purchase some small pots and some soil and seeds and grow your own indoor herb garden. I did, and it was great.
It doesn't cost a bunch and you get all the fresh herbs you need.
Hope this helps you.

I don't know if you can get fresh herbs over the internet. However, your local nursery, Home Depot, or Lowe's type store will have fresh herbs in pots.
