My screen has some dirt on it from years of use, but there is one dot in particular, that if I put my Avatar in the right place it looks like I'm wearing a dot like the Hindus. Is this a sign that Hinduism is the true religion and I should convert?

You said if you put you're avatar in the right place. If it were really a sign you should convert then no matter where your avatar is the dot should remain on your avatar's forehead. Rather, this sounds more like a sign you should clean your monitor screen.

Religion is a personal search. I would tell you to look at all faiths and the view points for and against. I am a Christian. I have search many different religions before picking this one. I believe it to be true. I would tell you to look at the facts before you make you choice.
