At work, I use Outlook 2003. Whenever I begin Outlook, it automatically goes to send/receive and downloads any waiting email. I have never been able to do this at home. Does Outlook 2003 have this feature for non-network computers, such as mine at home? Brian

Well, if I'm understanding you correctly, you should just be able to go to Tools, Options, Mail Setup, Send/Receive, and make sure both boxes say 1 minute for scheduling the automatic send/receive. If this doesn't help, let me know and I have another idea.

No. It's merely a feature that was turned off for your computer at home in some way.

I can't remember the steps, but I'd bet you can find them on "microsoft.com".
