If not, then why is the girl I love giving me such a hard time? I know I might have given her the creeps like she said because I've been following her for a while, but that's not a full excuse for her to refuse to give me a chance to talk to her and get to know more about her, i'm so in love with her, and i'm going to convert to islam, yet she tells me to think things over and not rush into it. Is love forbidden or is she just being stubborn?

Of course love isn't forbidden, but you sound a bit creepy just from your own explanation. Also, you sound like you're coming on waaaaay toooo strong for someone who'd not even going out with the girl.
You're following this girl around which will make her feel creeped out and uncomfortable. You then confess that you're obsessed with her by telling her that you'll convert to Islam, after she told you that you creeped her out. For starters, you really need to give the girl a little space to breathe before continuing on and pressuring her anymore. Maybe then, sit and talk to her (without uncomfortable stalking first).

What is your question exaclty? If you wanna know if it's right or wrong? But you already know its forbidden.Or is the guy non muslim and your asking if its ok? How old are you? Please be clear. But here's what I think about this. First, remember Allah only wants what's best for us. Then if it's forbidden, it's for your own protection. Think about it. Plus, if the guy isn't Muslim, then he doesn't carry the same values you do. Islam protects and cherishes the woman. Islam gives woman her rights. If he isn't Muslim, then maybe you should think about what you really deserve. But if he is Muslim, than why doesn't he marry you? Not only does it prevent any kinds of temptations (haram) but he will also prove his love to you. But of course that depends how old you are, how mature you are. Anyways, I hope you get the point. Remember that no one knows what's best for you more than Allah.

Love is not forbidden in Islam. Sex before marraige is forbidden and also any thing might lead to have sex, such as touchings, kissings, ...etc.
To make it more clear to you, here is the answer from Quran:
[2:235] You commit no sin by announcing your engagement to the women, or keeping it secret. GOD knows that you will think about them. Do not meet them secretly, unless you have something righteous to discuss. Do not consummate the marriage until their interim is fulfilled. You should know that GOD knows your innermost thoughts, and observe Him. You should know that GOD is Forgiver, Clement.

Absolutely not!
Love is encouraged in Islam!
She is probably telling you to slow down for one (or both) of these reasons:
1. She is scared you are converting solely for her. She probably wants you to believe it strongly for you and God and no one else.
2. Unfortunately, she might not be interested or her parents may have an issue wither her marrying someone outside her culture. Yes, Islam is supposed to be colour blind but unfortunately some of the followers are blind to true Islam. Or it could just be she is not yet ready to marry...
Just talk to her openly and honestly.

Islam does not prohibit love, but what it does prohibit relationships between sexes that are not related through family,marriage or breast feeding..(ignore the last one cuz it just has to do with Muslims and is just way complected)
anyway, dating, courtship,pre marital sex is all prohibited, Islam allows sex only through marriage...it does not allow men and women to befriend or date, therefore the only way to get to that girl if she is a devout Muslim through talks of marriage, and Muslim women can not marry non-Muslim men.
If you are going to convert to Islam do not convert for her, your conversion would not be acceptable for you are not doing it for God

Love is required in Islam.
However, dating is not allowed for Muslims, and Muslim women may not marry non-Muslim men, so either convert and take your chances asking her father's permission to marry her, or quit stalking the poor girl.

actually, i'm proud of her, i think she may be also is in love with you, (for love is never forbidden in Islam but it's from the main basis of Islam), but she is experiencing your true faith in Islam and wish to convert not for her sake but for Allah's sake.

No it isnt, You are stalking her and thats why she doesnt want anything to do with you. You shouldnt convert for anyone especially to marry someone. Leave her alone and find someone who really wants you.
