How about the Olive Garden sauce clone. I make it all the time and my family loves it.
Olive GardenSpaghetti Sauce Recipe
* 1 pounds ground round
* 1 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 can (14.5 ounces) stewed tomatoes, cut up
* 1 can V-8 juice
* 16 ounces purchased spaghetti sauce
* 1 envelope onion soup mix
* 1/3 cup grape jelly
PREPARATION:
In a large skillet, brown meat in oil until no longer pink, breaking up with a fork. Stir in the stewed tomatoes, V-8 juice, spaghetti sauce, soup mix and grape jelly. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 20 minutes, or until jelly melts and sauce is hot.
Serves 8.

Season and brown the ground beef, drain and set aside. Boil any funny shaped pasta you may have on hand, drain and set aside. Heat tomato sauce and Italian seasonings, add pasta and ground beef, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with a salad or steamed veggies.

This is a good one, its call the hot dish casserole. Just cut up 2 large potatoes and boil them in enough milk to cover them, at the same time brown your ground beef and drain the fat. Get 2 cans of campbell's vegetable alphabet soup, put it all together in a casserole dish (potatoes WITH the milk) and bake for about 20 mins on 425. Mmmm-mmm good!

Throw in some pasta sauce & make a meaty spaghetti dinner.
Make it into patties & grill them up for some good burgers.
Make a meat loaf & use leftover bread for your crumbs.
Brown the meat, add chili & onion powder for some simple taco meat.
Brown some of the meat and add it into omelettes w/ shredded cheese to have "breakfast for dinner"
Add beans, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped garlic clove, diced bell peppers, 1 can tomato paste, and spices for a quick, hearty homemade chili.

My Dad used to brown the hamburger meat and mix it with a couple of cans of baked bean, he added ketchup, worchestire sauce garlic powder and anything else he could think of and it was always great! I use BBQ sauce now and different things everytime I make it. We call it the "bean dish."
