In the Catholic church, yes you must both be confirmed, though they offer an accelerated confirmation for weddings.

Yes u can get married. My mom was catholic & confirmed, my dad was not a catholic and they got married in a CATHOLIC church. After a while my dad became catholic. SO yes u can do this in a catholic church.

I think it depends on the religion. If you are catholic they are pretty strict but Lutherans have a lite little Confirmation Class to go through.

Sure you can. A denomination cannot limit you to marrying or not marrying someone despite what it might say. If God has given you a person, a denomination cannot say otherwise. If it's attempting to, you need to leave that denomination.
