I have eggnoodles and want to make something for supper tonight. I do not have sour cream so stroganoff is out. I do have cheese, milk, ground beef, onions, eggnoodles, cream of chicken and mushroom soups. can I make something with mainly these ingredients and maybe a few more common household things?

Boil the egg noddles until slightly tougher than al dente.
Chop the onion and cook with the ground beef until transparent, and meat is browned. Drain off the fat.
Add salt & pepper to taste, and other seasonings if you wish.
Mix the meat and egg noodles in a bowl, add in the mushroom soup and 1 and a half cans of milk. Pour into a buttered casserole, and bake at 350º until bubbling and thick, top with cheese and let it melt and brown slightly under the broiler.

Hummmm...let's see...

Brown ground beef w/ chopped onion. Drain Fat and return to pan. Pour cream mush soup into ground beef mixture...add salt/pepper. If this looks too thick, add small amounts of milk until it's a better consistancy, but do this slowly and let the milk heat up before deciding to add more.

Cook Egg Noodles...sprinkle noodles w/ garlic powder and oregano (if you have it)

Serve beef over noodles

I think that would be pretty good actually. I may would add green pepper in it if I had it, but if not, I think that would do nicely for supper :)

Good luck!

You can make a yummy dinner with what you have. Brown the beef with onion and add some garlic, salt & pepper. Mix in cream of mushroom soup. Serve it over the noodles. Have a green salad and garlic toast.
Enjoy!
