Take her out to her favorite restaurant or some place that is special to the two of you.

If you know where she's staying you can have roses sent to her hotel....although the wire charge might be quite expensive.

If you have audio texting capabilities on your cell phone, record or download a personal song from you to her and text it to her with a messege that says how much you miss her and just wanted her to know you're thinking about her!
