Stranded conductors are not acceptable in the pressure terminals of a duplex receptacle.

Aluminum conductors of suitable gauge for a 15 ampere duplex outlet will not fit in the pressure terminal holes.

Many electricans frown on aluminum wiring inside buildings. In some locations the local code will not allow aluminum wiring.

But, there are some duplex outlets that are rated for both solid Aluminum and solid copper. For this problem, the quiz/test is most likely referring to solid copper, only.
