Ok, How do you officially ask a girl out???? Every girl i ask out took it as "friend" I need to ask a girl out on a date. HOW? What is the best way to become "official with a girl?????

first of all, you sound desperate. Girls smell that.
You sound like you just want a gf. Wait until you find a girl who you belong with, not just any girl.
After you have done that, like the guy above said, be direct. Tell her you have a crush on her and you want to take her out for dinner. She will def get the message. dont force it

Tell her you like her and are interested in her and you want to spend more time with her. Ask her what she likes doing and then suggest you get together sometime and try it. Be flattering and complimentary. Write her a cute note or leave her something that means a lot to her, like her favourite flower or something. Be honest about how you feel...

Ask her if she would consider going steady. But be original about it, make her feel special. Approach her when she's with a group of her friends and ask if she has a moment to talk to you (scary but believe me, it works... me and all the girls I know think it's really sweet).
