I love how asking difficult questions here leads Christians to personally attack others. Way to go Christians, way to take your blind faith one step further and blindly throw punches.

receiving "shut up" as the first response was totally expected... thank you for reaffirming my point ;)

When I post straight-forward, and non-attacking questions, I guess its too much to ask for straight-forward and non-attacking responses. I won't make such assumptions anymore.

Merely questioning does not necessarily make one smarmy; it merely makes one a questioner. Nothing more, nothing less. However, trolling or deliberately posting mocking or accusatory questions is, perhaps, another matter. It may depend upon the intent of the questioning. As a Christian, I'm not especially bothered by questions, and have questions of my own, but I do try to ask in a respectful manner, because there's no benefit in being impolite.

I think everyone one here gets fed up at some point. . . .because really there is a lot of baiting and nastiness on here. Does not make it right for people to be rude, but it does seem like a natural thing unfortunately.
