Your calorie intake sounds good, maybe even a little Low. Make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need. It's ok to add a slice of wheat toast with peanut butter into your breakfast. That will add whole grains and protein making your breakfast more rounded and full. Also, add a glass of non-fat milk.
Lunch sounds delicious! :)
Good job keeping the dinner portions small. Sometimes it's hard when someone else is cooking to eat healthy, so portion size is all you can do. Drink a lot of water with dinner also. :)
Exercise sounds good. Add weight lifting into your routine. Don't lift super heavy weights, otherwise you'll get big and bulky. Lift small amounts of weight for more reps. You'll get lean, sexy, toned muscles.

You know if your body burns more calories than you intake it actually will make you GAIN weight because your body knows it is being starved and worked to death.
Also eating a few small meals throughout the day is better than sticking to three small meals. Try breakfast, a late mornign snack, lunch, an afternoon snack and then dinner.
If you do the same workout regement every day your body will reach a point where it no longer does any good. Switch up the elliptical and the biking, and vary the yoga that you do.

Well, you need to start off with something more than just watermelon to lose weight **healthfully** (try whole grain Total with fresh cut strawberries or banana, because it's the most important meal of the day, and this is loaded with necessary vitamins).

Sounds ok. But you shouldn't starve yourself. If you get very hungry you could get sick easily. You can eat more than that but only if the calories, sodiam, and sugars are low. Your exersice is fine but STICK WITH IT. Don't all of a sudden change it. Thats not good.

No. Your diet and exercise program should be sustainable for the rest of your life. When you go on a temporary program, you will gain the weight back after you go back to your normal routine.

seems like you are at least getting in some quality foods.
if you want to find out how many calories you are taking in, go to fitday.com (free) and enter in your meals, and it will give you a summary of how many fats/carb/proteins you are taking in as well as how many calories. that website helped me lose 30 lbs, and it is free. can't go wrong with free... :)

Looks good to me, perhaps swap some of the cardio training for resistance training though.
