I only started work last week at a school that is over an hour away from home. It devistates me to wake and go every morning and I want to quit. -The thing is that my mother got me the job through her friend and I'm afraid that if I suddenly decide to quit, I'd ruin their relationship. Also I get paid 15 dollars an hour (which is alot for a college student). -But I hate it SO much. Help.....

Hold onto the job dear. You may hate it, but when you need he money it will be there.
Just remember dear, there are lots of jobs which may be more enjoyable, but pay much much less. You are indeed fortunate to have a summer job.
Unless you are being physically or orally abused by either co-workers or your boss, you should keep the job and suck it up. You will look back on it as a learning experience and know that things can only get better

If it's just a short term summer job, then suck it up. It's only for 2 more months

the job is probaly not for u or maybe the ride you have to do is what might be stopping you 1hour away thats ridiculous
