I want to travel to canada, i need to get a passport, but my question is: Can i get a passport if i have been charged with a crime but not convicted of it, i got put into a pre trial intervention program so i am not convicted it is only a charge.

oooOOOOoooo now I'm curious what you did?? LOL....I don't think that would be any problem, UNLESS....they told you not to leave the country?
