I had a dream last night that made me wake up sobbing my eyes out. It was of a man that used to go to my church ( haven't seen or thought of him in years), being killed in a military gas fire. I do not remember much of the rest of the dream, but that was the main part. Can anyone give me any answers on what it could have meant? I have seemed to be very disturbed by it because I woke up crying so hard and continued to cry over it for an hour. Thank you!

It's a dream! It may have no meaning, it was just a dream!

Ang, if the dream is from the Lord He will give you a confirmation. Sometimes dreams like that are given to you to pray for people so that they do not befall certain fates. If I were you I would pray and get confirmation. Because your dream of a military gas fire represents being in spiritual warfare and being consumed by judgement. But any dream God gives you has a meaning and a "response" on your part. Okay, take care.

It is normal to have dreams like that if you know someone that that is going or is in the military It is hard at first because you worry about them and do not want nothing to happen to them, but they will go away. And if they do not jsut pray about it. I am sure that everything is going to be ok. You jsut have to give it some time. And if you ahve not thought of him in years maybe the dream is a sign that you need to pray for him becasue maybe he needs your prayers right now.

When you dream...everyone in your dream is you.

Military-Strick Rules, proper attitude, responsiblity

Explosion-Danager, Disater, Damage

Sounds like maybe you spend so much time following the rules that those rules go against your own personal belief and that if you keep following someone elses way of living or life for yourself it would be personal loss and damage to who you are.

If it was my dream I would take it as a hint to stop living someone elses life and start living your own before you forget who you really are

Well, it all depends on whether you think that dreams have anything to do with your current life. The Freudian analysis would be that you are scared for someone, not necessarily this man. But then again, the dream could have been an imaginary happening.

You are suffering post traumatic stress from reading or hearing/seeing war on the news. Try and think of peaceful thoughts and do what you can to relieve someones suffering whether it be doing an errand for an elderly neighbor or helping out a young single mother. This will be your form of therapy to get you past this SHOCK.

Dreams about death usually represent change in one's life. Don't take the dream so literal, the nightmarish appearance of the dream can represent strong emotional energy especially negative ones that can deeply relate to something that's going on in your life.

They mean a week from tomorrow. If they meant tomorrow, today being Thursday - and that is understood by all concerned - they should say "tomorrow," and not "Friday." To say that would be correct if it were only Wednesday, for example.

That's a terrible dream. Did you see something on tv before you went to bed that would've influenced your dream? Sometimes that happens to me.

if someone dies in your dream, it means they are actually going to live very long in real life.
